LYO in the News - July/August 2008
Congratulations to Robbie Berndt for winning the best time in the Father's Day Obstacle Course!
He won his family a strip steak. It was another fun-filled morning with root beer floats and a small quiz added in this year.
The answer to question number four was: yes, if you realized as you were pulling in the driveway that you forgot the milk,
you should immediately head out back to the store you just came from to get it. Good luck next time!
Our lock-in was a huge success. We enjoyed dinner at the park, the 4.5 pound Vermonster ice-cream sundae at Ben & Jerry's,
flashlight tag, and lots of fun. Kudos to Claire, Erica, and Amanda for not going to sleep until the sun came up!

* Rally Day September 14th
LYO meetings will resume on Rally Day, September 14th. We will meet every Sunday from 9:30-10:00, following the Sunday School
calendar. This year we welcome Allison Jordan, Andrew Jordan, Bryn Tayman, Timothy Kallman, Robbie Berndt, Alyssa Ange,
Zachary Burdett, Brayden Kane, and Kyle Willgens to our ever growing group. Congratulations to our graduating senior,
Kellie Patchen.
